Tax certificate

All donations of 40€ or more are tax deductible in Belgium, within the limits of 10% of your net taxable income (article 145/33 of the Income Tax Code). Any gift amount benefits accordingly from a differed reduction of your tax base up to 45% (the highest taxable bracket).
